Default "Exotic" Collectors

I have noticed there are collectors for almost pretty much all collectibles in the game (ie: Charr Carvings, Mantid Pincers, etc).

But what we dont have, and I think it would add a twist to the economy, is collectors, lets say they hang around in Cantha, and would ask for Elonian or Tyrian collectibles.

Now I dunno if that would work since Tyria and Cantha is pretty much loaded with collectors, but who knows

As an exemple, we could have a collector in the beginning island of Elona that would collect Mantid Pincers (from Shing Jea island) and would give away some basic, low level weapons.

In my opinion that would be a cool twist.

It would perhaps give people a reason to return to former continents.

I like this idea. Give me another use for all the collectable drops I'm hoarding.

You would of course get the dumbasses whining about how for some reason it's excluding those who only have 1 campaign...but nobody cares about those guys. /signed

this would also be a way to help bring up more characters in your account by allowing you to use these high end collectables on something useful. Probably could get you some low and mid level weapons, armor for your new character.

You do know they put collectors in game for a reason, that reason is to make life easy for new players

They are meant to collect items they get from loot and get themselves a better weapon then it would likely drop,

Whats the point of having a collector with loot from another world?

These collectors won't be trading low level items, they're meant to be high-end exotic collectors. Items not necessary for new players to have, but to advertise other campaigns and perhaps promote cross-continent game play.

Still twould be good - Also say a collector at the end of each campaign that gives an item, then a collector hidden away in say...Uw that takes these items for an Uber item...

SImply an idea
